Namaste to all,
Meanwhile in Spain the holidays started and in India they are already over. On the first of July the children went back to “their work”, that’s how
one of the little ones put it. (I hope she doesn´t use this term with others or else I will be put in jail for exploiting children ). As I see that the people are packing their luggage I remember how we did the same in May. We went to visit Rishikesh, a beautiful place in the mountains right at the Ganges river. It was a great escape from the tremendous heat. The place we stayed was an ashram, a meditation center where we participated in their daily yoga and meditation programme. Also we participated at their morning offerings of the sacred fire making sure to pray for the wellbeing and peace in the world (we need it). We had a very good time and the children really needed this break, since during their exams they have spent many hours studying and therefore they were very tired. Well that being said, now the good times are over and again they have to study a lot.
I try to balance work and life as you know I work a lot, which is normal with so many children. Luckily I like what I do, but as soon as I’m able to take some time off right away I get use to the “good life”
I wish you all a great vacation, see you in September!
