Childsrights
Childsrights is an International Non- Governmental Organization established in Spain, Valencia, which focuses in offering a worthy present and future to children living in the streets of India.
Our mission is to provide home, food, medical care, education and all our love and support to Indian children in needs.
In order to achieve this goal, Childsrights runs three orphanages for kids in India. Two of them are based in Jaipur: Ganga and Childs-In and the third one, Nane-Home, recently opened its doors in Khajuraho, in October 2012. Childsrights, these are all children and their godfathers, the founder Christiane Gey and all supporters and friends of the organisation.

Christiane Gey, Childsrights’ founder
Christiane Gey, the founder of the NGO Childsrights, was born in Germany 1967. She moved to Spain when she was 26 years old, settling down in Valencia. She completed her studies in Economy and Jewelry design, which she realized during 15 years.
In 2005 she first travelled to India. Shocked by the difficult conditions due to the the great poverty which affects millions of Indian kids, she decided to help out. With all her energy & Love, she always believed that “the real jewels of our Earth are the children!!”.
Therefore, she found the Non-Profit Organisation Childsrights. After a great effort she finally established the orphanage Ganga in February 2008, where she provided shelter and education to 12 homeless girls. Nowadays Childsrights takes care of 59 street kids.
In order to coordinate the project and to take care of the kids she personally spends up to 8 months in India.
Fortunately, little by little Childsrights keeps growing and receiving support from family members, friends and private entities.
