Honey

Hello everyone,

A couple of days ago, we  said goodbye to our dear Honey. Her departure has left a profound void. She fought with incredible strength against bone cancer, but unfortunately, it proved too relentless. We are still grappling with the sadness of her absence. Honey was a remarkable soul. I can’t help but reminisce about her infectious laughter, her gentle soothing voice and all of the things she had dreamed of, learning to swim, how to ride a bicycle, to visit the ocean and to become a doctor when she grew up were just some of her aspirations. It’s heartbreaking that she didn’t get the chance to chase them. Witnessing a child endure such pain is a deeply humbling experience. Despite it all, Honey remained resilient. Not once did she complain. She faced each hurdle with a courage that defied her tender years. For me, Honey has etched a permanent place in my heart, and there I will always carry her with me.

May she rest in peace, knowing she touched our lives in ways we can never fully express.
