EXCURSION

Namaste to all,

I have some good news! While you are reading this newsletter it is very much possible that I will be on my way to India. Finally, after 14 months of separation it was time! I wanted so much to be with our angels and wrap my arms around them in a loving hug, and soon this will be a reality. The children don´t know that I´m coming, I want to surprise them!

Thank god that all of the children have been doing well, despite just a little bit of “school chaos”.On some days the schools are open as normal, and on the next day without warning the schools could be closed again. The situation is very unstable since nobody knows when things will change.  The people in India are totally overwhelmed. The only place that is still working is the University. Our students in Jaipur are very committed to their studies and are very proud to advance in their lives. Some of them will soon be self-sufficient, which makes me very happy. All of that is possible thanks to your help 

In order to lift the spirits of the Nane-Home children in Khajuraho we organized a small excursion. They went to a lake, took a boat ride and afterwards had a little picnic. I have been told that the children were very, very happy and enjoyed this special day a lot.
