BIRTHDAYS

Namaste to all,

I`m writing you from India where I am happy to report that all of the kids are doing well.

Today I would like to tell you about the birthdays of our children. I have explained to many of you guys already that I invent the birth dates for our children, because nobody remembers well which date their baby was born even if their mothers are alive in many cases they don’t even know the day, month of even the exact year. This is understandable if you can imagine just trying to survive on the streets of India you might have more important things on your mind than a birthday.

This month Mamta will be 21, Muskan and Gulabshah 15 and Anjana 12 years old. Happy Birthday!!

We won`t be able to give everybody their own birthday party instead we come together for several birthdays at once. We buy a couple of cakes, blow up balloons and since music and dancing is never missing it`s a big celebration. The kids love parties!

I also visited Jaipur. Everything is fine! The children are healthy and happy. Only Amir is not doing so well. He suffered an infection in his foot, which is still slowly getting better. Also the studies and school work is going pretty good. I`m very happy! Right now I`m in Khajuraho and also here everything is going well at the moment.  I really hope it will stay like this since we know that here in India we always have to be attentive in order not to get unexpected surprises.
