Namaste dear friends, godmothers and godfathers

In the past I have mentioned many times how difficult life is as a woman in India, even more so even as a white women. We all know very well that in Indian society women are considered as being of less value. That is why I was even more surprised when I saw the sign riding the metro in Delhi the other day. They have arranged metro compartments where only women have access. I could not believe it so I had to take the picture.

I think it´s a great idea. Let´s see what other ideas they come up with in India in the future! Unfortunately, many actions like these are necessary in order to protect women in India so they are able to share the same rights as men do.

I talk a lot about freedom with the girls and that they should never, under any circumstance have anybody suppress them and that they have to fight for their independence. I teach the boys to have respect towards the girls and you can tell that they have a different view on the world.  Our Angels are doing very well. They are very content and happy that I can be here with them and available to listen and speak with them. We are having a very good time together and enjoy each other’s company. We are thinking of you and send many greetings!
