Mamta and Gayatri

Namaste Friends and Godparents,

The latest news about little Angelina seem to have affected our friends from Childsrights very much. It is very sad and I haven´t been able to do much about it.

On the other hand I would like to share some good news with you. In the picture you see Mamta and Gayatri. The two girls have been living with us for the last six years. When they arrived at our house they looked like two exhausted elderly woman, without life. Now they are full of joy and life. They are very caring, good and love to go to school. You only need to look at their smile and you know they are happy. I am very glad to be able to take care of them and all the other kids that are supported by the members of Childsrights. Without you guys I wouldn´t be able to move anything for them!

Soon my time here in India will end, which makes me sad because I know I will miss the kids very much. But I also feel happy because I will be able to be with my family and friends once again.

Our little four year old Ajay tells me: ”It´s good, you are leaving. If you wouldn´t, you couldn´t come back to us”. Great way to see it! 😉
