Our great trip!

Hello Friends,

Today I would like to tell you about our little escape to Orcha, a beautiful place 150 km away from Khajuraho. Since the kids had a little vacation time from school, we took advantage of the free time and had a picknick. The children were very excited because it was the first time they ever went on a trip for two days in a row. We left in a minibus accompanied by our friends Esteban and Julie. Thank god we had them with us, since the little ones need quite a lot of attention. We had a lot of fun, visiting impressive temples and beautiful lakes. We sang together and laughed a lot. I really enjoyed seeing the kids so happy. Our friends tell me they had a lot of fun as well and we were grateful to have them with us.

Overall everything is going fine and all the children are finally healthy again. Several of the children had to fight through diseases like Malaria and Typhus fever. Three children in particular had a very tough time but they finally overcame it!

I´m back in Valencia, so I will be able to tell you first hand about my last three months in India.
