Where Children Once Were, the Future Shines
Hello everyone,
After spending some time with the little ones in Khajuraho, I travelled to Jaipur, where I set up the first home back in 2008.
The “children” have now grown into wonderful, responsible, and fully independent adults. They have all found good jobs—as receptionists, secretaries, nurses, IT specialists, or teachers.
They are very happy, and I’m even happier to see that they’ve achieved their independence.
Now I have more time to focus on the younger ones, who need a lot of attention. Apart from caring for them day by day, we also need to find financial support—that’s what we’re working on at the moment.
Those who were once Childsrights children have offered to donate part of their salary to give shelter to younger kids. I think that’s a beautiful gesture, but I turned down their generous offer. Although they’re doing well, they don’t have much to spare yet—they’re just starting to build their own lives, and I’m sure they’ll succeed.
We wish them GOOD LUCK! 👍🙏👍
Namaste
Christiane
