The rights of children

The rights of the children are recognized for all children without any exception nor distinction or discrimination for race motives, skin color, gender, language, religion, political opinion or of other nature, national or social origin, economic position, birth or other conditions since it is proper to the child or it´s family.

The right for a special protection to life and physical integrity.

From it´s  birth on the child has the right to have a name and a nationality.

The child has the right  to grow and develop healthy. It has the right to receive nutrition, a living place in condition, playtime and adequate medical service.

A child that is physically or mentally disabled should receive the treatment, the education and special attention particulary needed.

For its full and harmonic personal development, the child needs love and understanding. If possible, it should grow up with the protection and responsibility of its parents in any case in a warm environment and moral and material security.

The child has the right to receive free and obligatory elementary Education.

The child should, under any circumstances be the first once to receive education and help.

The child should be protected against all forms of abandonment, cruelty and exploitation.

The child should be protected against practices, which could encourage racial, religious or any other type of discrimination.
